We are entering our 14th week!
Sorry about the picture quality, Sloan was asleep and this was the best I could do.
Pregnancy Highlights:
How Far Along: 14 weeks! This pregnancy seems to be going by very quickly! Can't believe the first trimester is over!
Size of baby:About the size of an apple. 3 1/4 - 4 inches long and weighs about 1 ounce.
Total Weight Gain/Loss: Not sure, I think at my last appointment 3 weeks ago I was up 5 pounds.
Maternity Clothes: All of my pants are maternity but I can still wear some of my longer shirts.
Gender: Don't know yet...but I am feeling "GIRL"...we'll see!
Movement: Nothing yet!
Sleep: I do a LOT of that!!! I am starting to sleep so much better. Still have to get up to go to the bathroom, but I am having no problem falling back to sleep anymore.
What I miss:Having the energy to do normal everyday things...hopefully that will return in the next week or so now that I am finished with the 1st trimester.
Cravings:Savory things and citrus...love anything lemon right now. I have a horrible sweet aversion - but I did manage to make (and eat) a cake this weekend???
Symptoms: HEARTBURN!!! Holy cow! Other than the constant heartburn, I have been having a lot of hip pain. Nausea is gone and I am generally feeling good as long as I have Tums handy!
Best Moment this week: This last week was rough, but I really look forward to my doctor's appointment tomorrow and seeing how much our little peanut has grown!
